The following diagnoses all have potential to be psychophysiologic in origin, and therefore amenable to holistic treatments which avoid medications and surgeries. This list was compiled by Dr. Howard Schubiner and presented in Chapter 5 of his book, Unlearn Your Pain, 3rd edition.
